MAGICAL INFORMATION: She is immensely ridiculously OP, but she's also, like. She's chill. She is polite, in a "casually but deliberately masking her true strength/power/animanga ki-slash-killing intent lest she scare the ever-living bejesus out of everyone" kinda way. Those with the power to pry may get the vague impression that she's the incarnation of a cosmic entity, and that actively trying to read deeper is significantly less sensible than trying to stare into the sun.
One of primary abilities is being able to hear the ~*~music of the universe~*~ and the "song" of everything (and nothing!) that constitute a part of it. Because of powercap and also [REDACTED REASONS], it doesn't always work! Generally speaking, she's able to hear what they are; roughly how they fit in with the world around them, potentially including particularly powerful interpersonal connections; how strong they are and how; and their overall nature. (NOTE: it isn't a mood ring! it can grow and develop over time as a character moves through their arc, but it isn't affected by emotions in the short term).

Eyes: Jewel blue, with vertically slit pupils
Hair: Ridiculous long and voluminously fluffy, iridescent blue with flecks and streaks of purple, pink, and yellow
Ears: Pointy! The fluffy "cat"-like ears aren't actually ears, they just move and behave like them.
Gender: Mostly uses she/her, does not actually give a fuck.
AURAL: The accent she's adopted is British, or more specifically Yorkshire! It isn't super strong but there's definitely a twang there. She's exceptionally melodic and pleasant to listen to.
She tends to make a lot of non-human vocalizations, from cheetah-like chirps to trills, squeaks, chuffs, and of course hisses, growls, and purrs. Is she a cat? Is she a bird? Who knows! She's also an excellent vocal mimic, capable of mimicking just about anything and anyone.
OLFACTORY: She smells like a s'mores mocha with a pleasant hint of campfire smoke.
